As it was the solstice, this week we were thinking about summer. We sang sunny songs, sailed boats, added up ladybird spots, made bird feeders, sold ice creams and also enjoyed some summery watermelon pops. We had the last of our African drumming sessions with our four year olds and were delighted to be joined by some elders from the Sutton Afro Caribbean Heritage Association.
