Just like that it is June. It always surprises me how quickly a year can whizz by. Just this past six weeks have flown and we have had fun learning about the Queen, plants, animals and pets, space, the local area and staying fit and healthy. read more

The weather has been up and down but let us hope that the sun is here to stay. It was a short but busy half term as always. We revisited the NSPCC PANTS rule; celebrated Holi, St David’s and St Patrick’s day; raised money for Comic Relief and thought about spring and Easter.read more

We are halfway through the term and the academic year. It has been another short and busy half term. We welcomed some new children; thought about new beginnings; learnt about bears and dinosaurs; considered green and red choices; celebrated Chinese New Year; and talked about what we love in others and ourselves.read more

The Autumn term has flown by. We covered topics such as families, transport, baking, autumn, halloween, superheroes and emergency services. We also raised a whopping £200 for Children in Need. We finished off the year with drama sessions and winter walks for the older children.read more

It has been a busy half term. We have steadily been settling our new friends in, some of whom have found it a bit tricky but on the whole they have all done extremely well.read more

We are excited to be starting another new year at preschool. It will be our busiest autumn yet! We look forward to welcoming back the children who are staying with us and adding new members to our Play B C family.read more
