Busy as always, this half term has flown past. We have been thinking about seasonal changes; animals and their different habitats, as well as sharpening our auditory discrimination, singing lots of songs and building our number knowledge.read more
I had been hoping that by the start of term we would have a little bit more certainty and stability. However Coronavirus continues to dominate our lives and as we appear to be riding on the crest of a second wave there is still no clarity on what the future holds. read more
When we first heard about Coronavirus earlier this year, I doubt any of us had any idea what impact it was going to have upon everyone’s lives around the world. As has been the case for most business owners there have been tough decisions to make, money worries, anxiety and doubt, but it could be so much worse.read more
Well we won’t be forgetting this Easter in a hurry! The last half term started off normal enough and we got busy with making and baking pancakes and pizza. We shared our favourite stories for book week and had a great couple of drama workshops with Liz from Debutots. We fundraised for Sports Relief and talked about signs of spring.read more
It has been a short and busy half term. We welcomed lots of new children; considered green and red choices; celebrated Chinese New Year; looked at the Pants rule; hunted dinosaurs and talked about what we love in others and ourselves. We enjoyed trips to our grandfriends; to the library to mark story telling week, and to the post office to buy a stamp and mail a get well card to a friend. We also had an OFSTED inspection.read more

It’s almost November already and although it’s been quite a long half term it has still flown by. It has been good to see everyone get back into the swing of things after the long summer holiday. We have been delighted to welcome new family members both young and not so young also.read more
