This week our learning adventure has been about rotation. We have looked at shape, particularly circles and spirals and have explored shells, including having a closer look at Sheldon our baby giant african snail. We looked at the artwork of Kandinsky and used some of his techniques in our own paintings. We used our autumn finds to make imprints in the play dough. We also painted with tights filled with pasta or rice. We talked a lot about wheels; tried to guess vehicles by sound and did a mini traffic survey.
