This week at Mill Lane it was about superheroes, knights and princesses. We did lots of dressing up and pretending. At Butter Hill it was our turn to gaze to the heavens. We counted and made aliens; blasted off to the moon several times; found out how astronauts brush their teeth and guessed which pair of numbered underpants our cheeky alien had stolen.
Our maths focus in both settings was number recognition, ordering and counting down from 10. In phonics our sound was f.
